Radisson Blu Resort & Thalasso Hammamet

All the staff were amazing and kind but especially Nihal at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Whenever we see each other, we chatted and laughed so much. When we ask for help, they were there. So it is good to know that there is someone to help you when in need :) It was my birthday, so the staff left a note before we went into the room. It was so nice and thoughtful. In the room, bed was very comfortable and clean.

Perfect location. Nice variety of food. Very clean. The lady who cleaned our room, Salawa, was super efficient and friendly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is ideally located on the beach, close to the center of Hammamet, and conveniently near my customers' location. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. A special thanks to Mrs. Ons at the reception, who provided detailed information about the restaurants and even offered a discount on the high-quality buffet dinner. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Tunisia.

We were welcomed and check in by Marwa and she gave us a complimentary upgrade without asking with a pool view. Making our honeymoon a memorable one with the spectacular view with the highest floor. We also received a complimentary treats like with strawberry, chocolate, matcha cakes on the first day There is also plugs at both side of the beds. An internet socket if we need to use a laptop in the hotel. Housekeeping was top notch for our room 432. Putting balloons on our bed. She was always waving to us when she sees us. The restaurant staff that was making our omelette for us was so nice gave us apples during our last morning when we were about to check out. Overall it was a very good experience, everyone from the housekeeping to the restaurant and reception was so welcoming and nice. I just wished we booked the hotel longer for our whole Tunisia trip. ❤️👍🏽

The full experience was exceptional from start. The people at the entrance greeted us before parking our cars and checking in all the luggages (We were a big group of people with kids). Moving to the reception, Ahmed the trainee welcomed us with a big smile, that was the first sign that the stay will be amazing. He was very helpful and informative answering all the questions politely and you can tell that he is passionate about his job ( the hotel was so busy, being patient at that moment was already a 5 stars for me). I was glad that my check out was with him as well, i left with a warm heart . Moving to Faten, who made everything to keep us all together as a group especially that the stay was booked last minute. She is just AMAZING !!! Customer service is what makes you enjoy your experience and this hotel got it !!! Personally I don’t care about the food or the rooms as long as the people working there go above and beyond welcoming you and treat you as a real guest! Thank you team for all your effort . I will be back again and again for more unforgettable moments.
